OUR VISION

A World Where Engineering Data Behaves Itself (Radical, We Know)

We imagine an industry where:

• Product data is complete, correct, and consistent — always.
• PLM isn’t just installed, it’s adopted.
• Engineers can find what they need in seconds, not hours.
• Change management workflows flow… instead of clogging up inboxes.
• The digital thread is actually a thread — not spaghetti.

Our vision is to help companies move from firefighting to futureproofing, from data chaos to data confidence, and from reactive rework to proactive innovation.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We’re not just consultants. We’re doers.

• We’re provocative but always grounded in data.
• We don’t just plot out PLM strategies — we roll up our sleeves and execute.
• We’re independent, so our advice isn’t tied to any one PLM vendor or system.
• We challenge the status quo — because the status quo usually means delays, waste, and frustration.

In other words:

We see a world where PDM and PLM become your competitive advantage — not your bottleneck.

FOUNDER's STORY

With over 15 years of experience, working with multiple OEMs and Start-ups in the automotive industry such as McLaren Automotive, Gordon Murray Automotive, FORSEVEN, Jaguar Land Rover and so on, our founder has spent his career at the heart of complex product development environments — working across PDM, engineering design, and PLM, and leading multiple large programmes, teams, and transformation initiatives at a senior level.

Across more than a decade in leadership roles, one pattern repeated itself consistently:
organisations invested heavily in tools, but underestimated the importance of data discipline, process design, and adoption.

PDMmetrix was created to change that.

“My vision is simple: help organisations build product data environments that engineers trust, leaders rely on, and businesses can scale with confidence. Confidence that decisions are based on a single source of truth. That means focusing on data quality, sensible processes, and adoption that lasts beyond go-live.

This is about raising the standard of PDM and PLM — and doing it in a way that delivers real, lasting value.”
